Welcome to North Idaho Animal Hospital.   Our goal is to provide the best possible care for our patients and absolutely superior service for our clients.  

Please click on this link and print a copy of our “New Client Form.”  Complete this form before coming to our hospital if you wish to expedite your first visit.   If you can bring copies of your pet's previous medical history, we can place these in your file as well.   This is not mandatory but is helpful especially if your pet has had any unusual or complicated medical events.
